The hotel has the best location, just a short walk to a unique glass skyscraper. We booked a queen room with access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge, and enjoyed the wake-up service provided in it.

the hotel was set in a central area close enough to many restaurant and lounges, and restaurants, offices, shops. didn't like when it was cold outside, went to meat & bread to relax and grab some food. the room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware.

Central location of this good budget hotel was a bonus. We had lunch in Meat & Bread, located nearby. Stylish and high-class units with a great bathroom and bath, and the staff were top-class.

The staff here are very respectful and the location is amazing, surrounded by bars and restaurants, a tower, and an art gallery in a super relaxing area.

Well-appointed and well stocked rooms, I had very lovely experience.

Queen size bed was so comfy, and the room was big. The location was magnificent, close to Vertigo Theatre.

This venue offers luxury, comfortable beds, exceptional staff, a great breakfast with fresh fruit, hot dishes and toast, and a fantastic central location.

The staff treat you like royalty and it is a great place to stay when you want to be downtown.

It was nicely decorated hotel for one night. The workers were knowledgeable and well-mannered. They recommended a good restaurant for breakfast. It offered very good service and exceptional food too.

The location of this place is amazing, with shops, restaurants, and downtown all within easy walking distance.

Location and the class the hotel provided

The hotel has a lot of character and is unique in it's design. The food was excellent but quite expensive.

The first night I stayed they put me in a room next to the elevator. I did not sleep well as there was a constant banging noise outside of my wall. Then when I checked out they tried to overcharge me for the room.

Comfortable stay for one night. The breakfast lounge was a nice touch 👍.

The room is big, especally the bathroom.

Staff at from desk was very helpful and professional as were the gentlemen both out front and in the lobby. Service there was exceptional. Both lounge and restaurant staff were also impressive. Front lobby was beautiful and very classy.

I found the room to be worn looking, especially the bathroom. The tub needed replacing as well as the caulking around it and some paint would have helped a great deal. Considering how beautiful the hotel lobby is, the room was a disappointment, especially for the price.
